Video-Matic

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Video-Matic is operated by Growth Acceleration. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use video-matic.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — your email address and authentication data, used to create and secure your account.
  • Uploaded videos — the files you upload for processing and the processed results. These are automatically deleted from our storage within 24 hours.
  • Payment data — payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never store your card numbers; we only keep a record of your purchases and credit balance.
  • Usage analytics — aggregated page views and usage statistics to understand how the Service is used and improve it.

2. Where your data is stored

Your account data and uploaded files are stored in the European Union, on Supabase infrastructure hosted in Paris, France (eu-west-3). Video processing and website hosting may involve infrastructure operated by our providers listed below.

3. Third parties

We share data with a small number of service providers, only to the extent needed to operate the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing (they handle your card details under their own privacy policy).
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (EU, Paris).
  • Vercel — website hosting and basic analytics.
  • Plausible — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics.
  • Video processing infrastructure — your files are transferred to our processing infrastructure for the duration of the job, then removed as part of the 24-hour deletion cycle.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in (authentication session). Our analytics are designed to work without advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

  • Uploaded videos and processed results: deleted within 24 hours.
  • Account data (email, credit balance, purchase history): kept for as long as your account exists, then deleted, except where we must retain records to comply with legal obligations (for example, invoicing and accounting requirements).
  • Usage analytics: kept in aggregated form.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and receive a portable copy of your personal data, as well as the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below — we will respond within the timeframes required by the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
